Lufthansa is an amazing brand. It is class, prestige, and a true commitment to being a standard of excellence. Lufthansa is meticulous when it comes to the details of their brand and passenger experience. After all, when have you ever seen a crane that didn't make you feel insecure about yourself. They were looking for a partner that could commit to their level of excellence in helping Lufthansa passengers Say Yes to the World, and extend the Lufthansa legacy of success. A partner that gets their brand promise, not just the sales numbers. Did I mention this was for the group and not just Lufthansa airlines brand? I was not a part of the client meeting, so of course we asked how Lufthansa responded to the work. The pitch team was at a loss for words. After our concept hype reel ran, Lufthansa stopped the meeting and gave the work a standing ovation. RFP game changed.
